- 1 cup chiroti/sooji rava
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 tspn of sugar
Dry roast the rava for just about 2 mins ( don’t fry it too much) In a thick bottom vessel, bring milk to boil, add sugar and stir until dissolves Simmer the flame and add the roasted rava slowly . Stir continuously so that no lumps are formed.Keep stirring it until it becomes thick ( or until the rava is well cooked)
