This again is chinnus evening snack. When he gets bored of Rava Kheer i switch to rice kheer.
- 1/4 cup raw rice
- 1 cup milk boiled( can add more if required)
- 1/4 cup milkmaid(condensed milk) / sugar
- Few dry fruits of your kids choice
Wash rice thoroughly , add this rice to the milk and cook on a low flame (keep stirring occasionally until the rice is well cooked).This is a little time consuming may take about 25-30 mins. Add hot milk and stir if you feel that the rice is touching the bottom of the vessel
