Rice Kheer

                      This again is  chinnus evening snack. When he gets bored of  Rava Kheer i switch to rice kheer.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup raw rice
  • 1 cup milk boiled( can add more if required)
  • 1/4 cup milkmaid(condensed milk) / sugar
  • Few dry fruits of your kids choice

Method:                                                                                                                                                                     

Wash rice thoroughly , add this rice to the milk and cook on a low flame (keep stirring occasionally until the rice is well cooked).This is a little time consuming may take about 25-30 mins. Add hot milk and stir if you feel that the rice is touching the bottom of the vessel

Once the rice is well cooked, add sugar/ milkmaid and stir it for a minute

Add all the dry fruits and serve
