Stuffed Mooli/Raddish Paratha



Radish has a high content of an important vitamin, vitamin C, which works in the body to rebuild tissues, blood vessels, maintains healthy bones and teeth, increases the immunity of the body, and helps fight against various diseases. Radish has excellent detoxifier properties, it is good for the liver, and is found to be extremely useful for jaundice patients as it helps remove bilirubin and also checks its production at the same time. Black radish and radish leaves are known to be very effective in the treatment of jaundice. Further, it checks the damage of red blood cells by increasing the supply of fresh oxygen in the blood.


    For filling:

  • 1 cup mooli grated ( squeez out the water , this can be used to make dough)
  • 1/2 tspn coriander powder
  • 1/2 tspn jeera powder
  • 1/4 tspn chilli powder
  • a pinch of Ajwain
  • a pinch of turmeric
  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  • salt to taste

To make dough:

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup mooli juice ( squeeze it out from grated mooli)



 In a pan , dry roast grated mooli + add all the ingredients mentioned on the Filling section and make small ballsMP2MP3

Take a bowl add wheat flour + mooli juice. Knead the dough and divide into equal portions


Roll out one portion of the dough into a small circleMP5

Place the prepared filling in the center of the dough and seal tightlyMP6


Roll out again into a bigger dimension with the help of a little flourMP8

Cook the paratha on a tava (griddle), using a little ghee until both sides are golden brown MP9 MP10
