A refreshing salad / dip in hot summer.Tomatoes contain high volume of water and are nutrient rich – which includes Vitamin A and C. Usually served with any kind of pulao or rice.Raitas can be prepared with three main base ingredients: vegetables, pulses and fruits. These are mixed with yogurt and flavored with a variety of seasonings to make different types of raita.
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
- 1 cup curd
- 1 green chilly slit
- salt and sugar as per taste
Mix all of the above ingredients and serve immediately
