- Whole Milk – 4 cups
- curd /Starter yogurt – 1 heaping Tbsp (Use ready made yogurt)
Bring Milk to boil on stovetop. Allow Milk to cool to slightly warmer than luke warm .Add curd to the Milk and blend together with a hand blender or whisk. Transfer Milk to a container with a tight fitting lid and leave it overnight.
